Shipping rates vary depending on the size of your order, destination and whether the address is urban or rural. Larger or oversized framed pieces may require a custom freight quote.

Local collection is available from our Christchurch studio by arrangement. We’ll let you know when your order is ready and organise a suitable collection time.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to arrange the most appropriate replacement or resolution.
